an absolute joke of a casino and as well as the customer service. i joined up to get the welcome bonus and surprise surprise, i wasn't granted it! before i even joined, i looked up the minimum withdrawal amount which specifically claims on their website it is £10. you can check yourselves on their payment methods page. yet when i wanted to withdraw, it says £20! i managed to speak to a 'human' past the chatbot who was rude and would not answer my questions, i guess martina didn't even know why the minimum withdrawal was £20 either and didn't know what to say so she just ended the chat on me, leaving me with unresolved issues :) i would avoid if i were you, i sure wish i did!
The whole experience was so stressful. They won't let you withdraw your own money. I had to threaten legal action. It took me almost 24 hours to withdraw my own money. Stay away.
