Literally got logged out when i just got a bonus and then went onto chat as my balance hadn't went up at all … they said they couldn't do anything without a screenshot???? like im supposed to screenshot every round i play???? just useless, never win nothing … terrible site! STAY CLEAR! I can completely understand why you'd be confused if you genuinely thought you saw the game land on 50×, only to see a £2 win credited afterwards.
However, I can assure you that being logged out or disconnected cannot change the outcome of a completed round. The result is determined by the game's RNG before the visuals you see on your screen have even finished playing out. It cannot land on 50×, log you out, and then somehow change itself to 10× afterwards.
The game record shows that the outcome was 10×, which at your £0.20 base stake is the £2 that was correctly credited. Most likely, you saw the game baiting at 50× during the animation before it eventually landed on 10×. Slots do this all the time… What you see during the animation isn't necessarily the final outcome.
And no, nobody expects you to screenshot every round. The agent simply asked if you happened to have one, as that would have been the only way to investigate your claim further when the completed game record showed 10×.

Withdrawal- in a nutshell I played on this site and made two small withdrawal to my paypal account. The first one I got more or less Instanty and he 2nd one I have been told 24 hours which doesn't make sense.

It actually does make sense, because our T&Cs advise that we strive to process withdrawals within 24 hours.
Most withdrawals are processed instantly by our automated system, however. You experienced this with your first one, which was processed in less than 3 minutes (AMAZING!).
Occasionally, a withdrawal is randomly selected for manual approval to make sure everything is as it should be, which is what happened with your second one.
It took around 6h to get processed, which is quite fast compared to the 24h you were told.
